The app licence
When you download NoiseWeave from the App Store, your use of the app is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the applicable App Store terms. We do not provide a separate custom app EULA. This page explains the website and related support; it does not replace that app licence.
Using the website
You can explore the sound previews and information for personal use. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit another person’s email address without their permission. Our branding, artwork and website materials remain protected by their owners’ intellectual-property rights.
Purchases, restoration and refunds
There are no purchases on this website. When the app is available, any paid features, price and purchase type will be shown before you confirm with Apple.
Eligible App Store purchases can be restored through the app using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple processes payment and purchase authorisation. For an Apple-billed purchase, request a refund through Apple or contact us for help. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable law; your statutory rights remain.
Listening and availability
Start at a low volume and choose a comfortable listening level. The website preview is limited and differs from the native app. NoiseWeave is a sound tool, not medical advice or treatment, and we do not guarantee improvements in sleep, concentration or health.
We may update the website or temporarily interrupt it for maintenance. The app’s features and supported devices are described in its listing when available. Nothing here guarantees an uninterrupted online service or removes rights you have for a product you purchase.
Your information
Our privacy policy explains app data, website hosting, launch signup, optional development reporting and support correspondence. Launch email consent and any optional signup context are separate choices. Signing up does not consent to advertising tracking.
Consumer rights
Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. If you have a problem, contact us so we can help. See the ACCC’s consumer-rights guidance.
Changes and questions
